;D Hello all, just to say that today I received the second copy of the newsletter in which there were several reports from newer members who had been on trips for the first time....just great, really worth reading...well done to William Jones & Sara Withall. As for Sara's mention of the 'Most Wanted Man' I must agree as you can always rely on Chris to turn up at some very unexpected places. Sorry can't make the Barle if there is enough water as I am away with Julie visiting her mum. Hopefully If I don't see anyone before on any paddles, I hope to come to Biblins that is if Pam lets me? (Iv'e booked the 4/5th July in my diary. Been out on the Dart today and tomorrow Julie & I are off to Salcombe to take the boat out on the sea and estuary as the weather down here at the moment is very good, warm and still. cheers for now, Pip PS sorry John to hear of your mishap, hope all is well by now. Noy many members signed up yet on this !

After my run down the Upper Dart, in same newsletter Pam quoted me as saying "It's the best thing I have done in my 30 years of paddling". No, I didn't say that. What I said was "It's the most exciting paddling I have done in the past 30 years". I've been paddling for over 40 years. What a cheek.
