Just looked at the images from the Scotland trip....oh boy all of you coming over that waterfall...looked like free-falling to me. It looks from the images that you all had a great time both in and out of your kayaks. Stuart C seems to have taken over for mad cap things from Stuart H, what with doing mid air flip overs before the big splash down. Just maybe he is practicing for the 2012 Olympics high diving event. Is this what the head coach is now teaching the youth of the club...well if that is the case I am not coming near Frome. The smiles on all the faces shows what a lovely time you had. Its great that the trip was so good. chat soon Pip

It was amazing and I was there so I know! The beauty of it all was that the only A&E trips were for relately minor injuries, if you can judge severity by speed of being seen. Arthur was there for hours and Alun eventually gave up on waiting and pretended he didin't bang his head. Two other good things were that Rich finally mastered his roll in the Burn and all the babies who went, survived the ordeal. (Not sure if the mothers have recovered from the trauma though.)
